Brian from Scheppke Real Estate called today. He’s taking care of our purchase while John is on vacation. He said that the reason the house is so cheap is because they’re settling an estate. That’s great news for us because the people who have to accept the offer have to come in from out of town to look at it. Hopefully they’ll just want to get it overwith and we can get moving.

We have so much to do this next month; it’s very overwhelming. We can do it though. My dad’s really excited and he’s been making lots of plans.
