“So I hear you want to buy a house!”
John (our broker) called. We’re going to buy a house! We discussed how much to offer and I decided to take 2% off of the asking price. I think that should be more than fair. John seems to think that this is a great house as well, and he thought it was clear and away the best house we looked at.
We have a meeting at 4:30 today to sign an offer.
