Speakers at the Republican National Convention blast John Kerry for voting against many weapons systems. The same weapon systems that the then Secretary of Defense, Dick Cheney, requested that congress cut.
Who do you trust?
No WMD have been found in Iraq, despite personal assurances by the President to the American people that they were there, and they justified war.
Who do you trust?
One of the administrations main sources of intelligence on Iraq was found to be Achmed Chalabi. A man wanted for fraud in Jordan and now disgraced in Iraq.
Who do you trust?
The administration refuses to disclose who attended the series of meetings that set their energy policy. A policy very favorable to oil companies who have many ties to both the President and Vice-President.
Who do you trust?
While it is difficult to isolate any one of these issues and show that there was undeniable wrongdoing, it just seems that every time you turn around there is another questionable action by this administration. Karl Rove essentially said that John Kerry invited attacks upon his Vietnam service because he made an issue of it during the election. Basically, the thought is that John Kerry is running on his war record, so he should be open to attacks on that record.
George W. Bush is running on his character.
